Title Agency Manager - IN - On Site

Position Summary

The Title Agency Manager directs all operations of MVP National Title's Greenwood office and holds principal accountability for title and closing production, escrow compliance, staffing, client relationships, and financial performance. The position requires an experienced title industry leader who can sustain operational excellence while driving business growth.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Operations

  • Direct all title search, examination, commitment, and closing operations.
  • Resolve escalated title issues, curative matters, and complex transactions.
  • Implement and refine operational systems, workflows, and quality controls.

Compliance and Underwriter Relations

  • Administer escrow accounts in accordance with state and underwriter requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Indiana title insurance regulations and underwriter guidelines.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with title underwriters.

Leadership and Staff Management

  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
  • Manage staff performance and maintain a positive, accountable workplace culture.

Business Development and Financial Performance

  • Establish and maintain relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, and attorneys.
  • Monitor financial results and drive agency profitability.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of five years of management experience in the title insurance and/or escrow services industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of title search, examination, commitment, and closing procedures.
  • Thorough understanding of Indiana title insurance regulations and escrow compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with underwriters and managing agency relationships.
  • Proven team leadership and performance management capability.
  • Strong client relationship and business development skills.
  • Proficiency with title production software such as SoftPro or RamQuest.

Preferred

  • Licensed Indiana Title Insurance Producer, or the ability to obtain licensure promptly.
  • Bachelor's degree; equivalent experience will be considered.
