Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise. He or she will lead the recruiting efforts for Vensure and all Division Partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Supervisor to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Actively cold calling potential candidates to increase our pipeline.
- Screen resumes and conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process.
- Keep the candidate informed of the offer process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Represent Company in community and recruiting events.
- Notify non-selected candidates.
- Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily recruiting questions.
- Provide support to hiring managers related to recruiting, interviewing, document creation, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all personnel records in accordance with federal and state laws.
- Regular on-site attendance is an essential job function due to the need for secure access to systems, collaboration on sensitive technical matters, participation in operational meetings, and hands-on involvement.
Marginal Functions
- Build, maintain and promote relationships with team members, peers across disciplines, and all other company team members ensuring effective coordination of communications and services affecting clients.
- Attend webinars and training to stay up to date on best practices related to the company and department.
- Complete projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, or equivalent combination of experience, skills, and education (including other relevant non-traditional degree programs, certifications, or job training programs) preferred.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- PEO or multi-site, multi-state experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and demonstrated ability to learn other applications as needed.

- Screen Use: Requires frequent and prolonged viewing of computer monitors to review resumes, manage applicant tracking systems, and conduct sourcing activities.
- Manual Dexterity: Regular use of hands and fingers to type, navigate software systems, and manage recruiting documentation.
- Mobility: Occasional movement within the office to attend meetings, collaborate with stakeholders, and participate in onsite activities.
- Event Participation: May require standing and walking intermittently when representing the company at recruiting or community events.
- Visual Ability: Requires close visual acuity to review candidate profiles, reports, and employment documentation.

Environmental Conditions
This position is performed in a professional office environment and requires regular use of computers and standard office equipment. The work setting is climate-controlled with typical office lighting and low to moderate noise levels. The role involves extended periods of screen time, in-person collaboration and meetings, and minimal exposure to physical hazards.
