Position Summary

The Sr. Client Implementation Specialist (SCIS) is responsible for engaging new clients and managing the full implementation phase. This position is the Client's main point of contact during implementation and is responsible for the overall client success and satisfaction during the implementation of our products/services. The SCIS also works as a mentor to multiple Client Implementation Specialist (CIS) colleagues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Completes Client shell set up/dashboard creation in HRIS for new clients.
  • Completes essential new client duties, including running the first payroll(s) and training new clients.
  • Acts as a liaison between internal stakeholders.
  • Develops and executes a well-established implementation project plan with a strong understanding of effective project management skills.
  • Consults with clients to determine payroll, HR, TLM and benefit needs.
  • Manages multiple client implementations and effectively implements major accounts.
  • Recognizes Client's business concerns and recommend sand implements appropriate solutions.
  • Maintains Client Space (CRM) by updating milestones, tasks, and other related items.
  • Works with Business Consultant to initiate the Client Implementation process.
  • Reviews and audits Client's payroll and HR data for accuracy.
  • Responsible for understanding our Service Types and Service Model, in order to better facilitate client transition to the ongoing Service Model.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 5 years related experience preferred
  • PCP or CPM certification preferred
