Are you passionate about the art of millwork finishing and painting? We are looking for a Millwork Finish and Paint Specialist Trainee to join our creative team. Your role will be crucial in bringing our projects to life, ensuring every detail is flawless and durable.

Key Responsibilities

• Artistic Finishing: Execute precise touch-ups of paint and finish on millwork projects, ensuring a seamless and high-quality result.
• Creative Techniques: Apply a variety of finishing techniques and paint types to achieve the desired aesthetic.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain an eye for detail to ensure every piece meets our high standards.
• Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with our design team to bring creative visions to reality.
• Versatile Tasks: Assist in labor tasks associated with the creation of finished products. Including prep work, sanding, and other roles where needed in the shop.
