Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced dental professional to serve as our Business Growth Director to manage and drive the growth and expansion of our organization. This pivotal role will involve developing and implementing growth strategies, overseeing financial management, coordinating marketing efforts, and ensuring the efficient operation of the practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a proven track record in business growth and management

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee Growth Initiatives
  • Develop and implement effective growth strategies
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive success
• P&L Statement Management
  • Regularly review and analyze Profit & Loss statements
  • Identify areas for financial improvement and cost-saving opportunities
• Financial Guidance and Reporting
  • Guide new initiatives and budget allocation
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders
• Vendor Liaison
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing for high-quality materials and services
  • Maintain strong relationships with all vendors
• Networking and Brand Improvement
  • Network with other businesses to enhance the center's brand and reputation
  • Attend industry events and participate in professional organizations
• Project Oversight
  • Oversee various projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Marketing Coordination
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract other practices and patients
  • Coordinate marketing efforts and campaigns
• Business Operations
  • Utilize business skills to manage day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure the doctor can focus on clinical duties by managing administrative tasks
• Associate Dentist Introduction
  • Guide the integration of an associate dentist into the practice
  • Ensure proper training and onboarding
• Coordination with Business Advisor/Coach
  • Regularly meet with a business advisor or coach to discuss strategies and improvements
  • Implement suggestions and strategies provided by the advisor

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business growth and operations management
• Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus
