Behavior Technician, Part Time - CA - On Site

Position Summary

We are seeking individuals with general experience working with children to serve as ABA B ehavior Technicians for our clients in the Los Angeles Area.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform behavior training for children in their home (Training Provided).
  • Follow the behavior plan designed by the clinical supervisor.
  • Track the overall progress of the child
  • Aid supervisor in identifying new problem behavior
  • Inform the case supervisor of changes in family dynamics or any parent concerns/questions
  • Inform the supervisor of any changes in the client's schedule.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with the client and their caregivers

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred not required
  • Min age of 18 years old.
  • Negative TB test results and clear FBI & DOJ fingerprinting. Provided and paid for by us.
  • Ability to lift 10 lbs.
  • Good communication skills to be able to speak with parents.
  • Reliable transportation and VALID driver's license (Good driving record)

Education & Experience

  • Has High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children.
  • Proof of ability to work in USA.
