Technical Sales Manager - Mexico
Remote - Mexico city, MEX Mexico
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a results driven sales team.
- Develop growth strategy/targets for assigned product line (in conjunction with applicable Sales Manager(s) for each Regional Sales/Account Manager.
- Coordinate commercial and technical details with promotion, demonstration, sale and deliverables for product lines(s) both pre- and post-sale.
- Develop and help facilitate product line training for assigned product line(s); and in accordance with Corporate training guidelines.
- Field travel required to support costumers, sales team, and overall product line growth/development.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Familiar with manufacturing practices, sanitation and industrial environment.
- Large scale food manufacturing.
- Solutions provider - ability to review processes and make recommendations on equipment and components needed for them to process the raw materials.
- Using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM Systems (AutoCad experience).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Education & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Product Management, Technical Sales or Engineering experience in a manufacturing/industrial and food industry.
- Bachelor´s degree required. Preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. (could be Business degree as well).
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
