Position Summary

Completes tasks within the client services function for an organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for our larger clients. In dense territories, they typically work with clients with employee counts of 51 - 100 employees or 101 - 500 employees for PRO clients.
  • Required to travel to perform their onsite visits as well as meet remotely with clients to achieve their KPIs, which range depending upon size, service level and profitability of client.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the client's health, maintenance and retention, monitor weekly payroll trends, consult on products and services, and navigate compliance matters.
  • Works closely with the client, sales team and operational departments to ensure a mutually successful relationship.
  • Some travel (local and long distance) required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, personable, well-spoken, good communication skills (verbal and written) and technical skills necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Critical thinking skills and a high level of emotional intelligence required

Education & Experience

  • 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a professional office environment.
  • Previous experience in account management, a call center, PEO, payroll, taxes, benefits, human resources or related field.
