Position Summary

As the company is growing, we are seeking a seasoned Director of Finance to join our executive team. This senior leadership role is instrumental in driving financial strategy, optimizing operations, and supporting long-term organizational growth. The successful candidate will bring a visionary approach to financial management, aligning resources with strategic goals while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Essencial Duties and Responsabilities

  • Managing and analyzing financial data to ensure the accuracy and compliance of the financial operations.
  • Preparing financial statements, forecasting costs and revenues, managing tax payments, and conducting internal audits.
  • Guide strategic financial decisions and contribute to driving the company's growth.
  • Budget Oversight:
    • Lead the development, management, and execution of organizational budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational needs.
  • Financial Metrics and Reporting:
    • Design and implement processes to monitor key financial metrics, deliver in-depth performance analysis, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Growth Projections and Market Strategy:
    • Conduct financial modeling to project growth opportunities and develop market strategies that align with the company's mission.
  • Tax Planning and Compliance:
    • Manage tax planning, compliance, and reporting, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Training and Development:
    • Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a high-performing team culture that prioritizes professional growth and innovation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other departments to integrate financial strategies into broader organizational plans.
  • Partner Relations:
    • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, external auditors, and key partners to support organizational goals.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrated success in leading financial strategy within complex organizations, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, financial modeling, and market analysis.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
  • Master's degree (preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in a Controller, Assistant CFO, or VP of Finance role
  • Certified Public Accountant (nice, but not required!)
