Position Summary
Join our dynamic team dedicated solely to IT integrations. As an IT Integrations Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing multiple concurrent projects, including strategic cross-functional business and technology initiatives as well as process improvement or cost reduction initiatives. This position works collaboratively with all departments and acts as a proactive change agent and central information source for team members and key internal and external stakeholders. You will report directly to the VP of IT Integrations, ensuring that all projects align with our strategic goals and are executed efficiently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Technical Project Management
- Coordinate between new acquisitions and our company infrastructure/IT team.
- Coordinate division partner facility tech setups/moves.
- Oversee IT migration/integration projects from start to finish and report them to the VP of IT Integration.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of division partner IT processes, setups, vendors, contracts, etc.
- Work closely with other IT team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations.
- Visit division partner offices for relational and discovery purposes.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Applications: Familiarity with Smartsheet and Jira.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams in courteous behavior.
- After-Hours Work: Be available for stakeholders and executive team members as needed.
- Weekend Work: Occasionally work on weekends to support major migrations, updates, or urgent issues.
- Travel: Be prepared to travel to various locations as needed to support on-site relations and integration migration projects.
Education & Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT. Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management.
