Position Summary
The Human Resources (HR) Manager will lead and oversee all aspects of human resources operations at our company. This role will act as a true HR leader, managing communication and collaboration with our third-party Professional Employer Organization (PEO) while ensuring best-in-class HR practices. The Manager will focus on developing and implementing HR policies, optimizing talent management strategies, fostering a strong organizational culture, and ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between our company and our third-party PEO, ensuring seamless HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and HR policies to support a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives related to talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and employee retention.
- Implement and manage compensation and benefits programs that align with company goals and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to leadership and employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and career development.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Drive HR analytics and reporting to assess workforce trends and inform decision-making.
- Promote and uphold company culture and core values across all teams.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience managing third-party HR/PEO providers preferred.
