Position Summary

Our team is focused on providing innovative service and educational products not found at other typical TPA firms. We have been dedicated to providing the highest quality of service and plan administration possible. We focus on innovation in all areas of retirement plan administration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls and emails from 401(k) plan participants
• Process and track participant requests
• Processing mail and incoming account deposits
• Assisting our Plan Administrators in the ongoing administration of qualified retirement plans
• Complete other projects assigned by Director or Supervisor

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Confident general computer skills.
• Organization skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Positive ambitious attitude.

Education & Experience

• Customer service experience.
• Payroll and/or retirement plan experience preferred, but not required.
