Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Conflicts Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in managing and resolving conflicts within the organization, ensuring a harmonious work environment. The Conflicts Manager will collaborate with senior leadership and various departments to implement effective conflict resolution strategies, promote employee engagement, and enhance overall workplace culture. This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our organizational culture while developing your professional skills in conflict management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Facilitate conflict resolution processes by gathering data collection and analyzing employee feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to understand concerns and mediate disputes.
  • Utilize ADP for tracking employee evaluations and conflict-related metrics.
  • Oversee program management initiatives aimed at improving workplace relationships and reducing conflict occurrences.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop policies that support a positive work environment.
  • Assist in budgeting for conflict resolution programs and training sessions.
  • Provide training for managers on effective conflict management techniques.
  • Manage the HR team

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Familiarity with ADP
  • Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and employee evaluation processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups within an organization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership to drive organizational change.

Education & Experience

  • Proven experience in conflict resolution, human resources, or related fields.
  • Experience in program management related to employee relations or workplace culture initiatives.
