The Client Implementation Specialist is responsible for educating and instructing new and existing clients. Activities include scheduling training sessions, performing training sessions, creating training content, and documenting. The Client Implementation Specialist works with System Experts to provide continued education on updated software releases. This position requires a detailed individual with strong communication skills in both English and French. Additional tasks/projects may be assigned periodically as the need arises.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Learn and convey knowledge of all technical stacks utilized within the organization
  • Develop knowledge of and create training programs (learning paths) for each department within the organization
  • Scheduling web-based training sessions with clients (as needed)
  • Work collaboratively with other trainers and system experts to fully understand training needs
  • Identify problems and make recommendations on how to overcome the issues.
  • Perform detailed client training on payroll, time & attendance, and HR functions within the client database.
  • Other duties as needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Training experience
  • Prior experience with payroll software/applications required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
  • Payroll experience required
  • Time & Attendance and HR experience is a plus
  • Must be able to perform in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment

Education & Experience

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Familiarity with providing web-based training, communications, and general payroll knowledge.
  • Knowledge of general database design and usage (especially relational databases), and all other Microsoft Office products.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as attention to detail.
