Position Summary
The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Client Implementation sets strategies and oversees operations of the Organization's implementation services function. This position ensures overall execution and success of department's core functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- When needed, the AVP of Client Implementation executes Client Implementations.
- Manages, directs, and develops the Client Implementation team in all areas related to employee development and Client Implementation processes and procedures.
- Maintains relationships with Regional Sales Leadership and reviews Sales pipeline and forecast reports to manage incoming deal flow.
- Handles second level client escalations and effectively manages internal escalations and troubleshooting.
- Partners with the VP of Client Implementation to assign new clients within their designated region and ensure quality control and timely output of client implementations.
- Assists in new hire screening, onboarding, and training for new employees and conducts and leads development and coaching meetings with current staff.
- Participates in department leadership meetings and effectively executes the department's goals and objectives as determined by leadership

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 5-7 years related experience.
- 2+ years of management/supervisory experience.
- FPC, PHR or related certification preferred.
