Shipping Clerk - MO - On Site

Position Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Clerk to support the daily flow of incoming and outgoing materials. This role involves handling shipping paperwork, processing orders and invoices, and maintaining communication with customers, carriers, and internal teams. Your work will be essential to our shipping accuracy, quality assurance, and smooth operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Documentation:
- Prepare and manage shipping and receiving paperwork with accuracy.
- Inbound Materials:
- Receive and verify incoming items against purchase orders. Report and document any issues.
- Outbound Shipments:
- Package and label shipments, create shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading), and ensure orders meet customer requirements.
- Order Processing:
- Process sales orders and invoices. Ensure shipments are billed accurately and on time.
- Communication:
- Coordinate with customers, carriers, and internal teams (Sales, QA, Operations) to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Team Support:
- Work closely with QA and Operations to meet quality standards.
- Computer Use:
- Use Microsoft Office and other systems to manage shipping activities, inventory, and reporting.
- Preferred Software:
- Experience with Business Central Imperity for order processing and inventory tracking is a big plus.

- Entry level candidates
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work both independently and with a team
- Preferred: Experience with Business Central Imperity
- Must be able to commute to the job site within about 1 hour
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
