Account Manager/Bookkeeper - FL - On Site

Position Summary

We are seeking an Account Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for our business clients, ensuring exceptional service and financial accuracy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet) prepared by our bookkeeping team
  • Identify and correct bookkeeping discrepancies, providing feedback to our bookkeeping team
  • Generate ad hoc financial reports as requested by clients and management
  • Enter invoices, bills, checks, and deposits into QuickBooks, as needed
  • Process payroll accurately and on time
  • Calculate and file sales tax returns
  • Assist with occasional bookkeeping projects as needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Typing speed of 55+ WPM
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to high-quality work
  • A sense of humor is a plus!

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience
