Position Summary

Looking for a Tax Manager with direct track to partnership

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Be a team player, willing to prep, review, manage firm, mentor staff, etc.
• Desire to be a firm owner and partner, a key employee for the firm
• Must not be more than 30-minute drive from Winter Garden, most employees live with 15 minutes of the office

Education & Experience

• Must be a CPA (or in process) with at least 5 years of experience, 7-10 preferable
• Must have tax return review experience
• Does not need any sales experience, our client lists are full, we are currently not taking on new clients
