Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Wholesale Account Executive to join our team. This role involves managing a large, high-growth territory, building lasting relationships with broker partners, and driving loan production through tailored mortgage solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers within your assigned territory.
- Act as a trusted advisor to broker partners, providing education on loan programs, underwriting requirements, and tools to grow their business.
- Promote competitive mortgage products and services to drive loan production and meet/exceed sales goals.
- Work closely with underwriting, processing, and management teams to ensure smooth and efficient loan execution.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes to provide valuable insights to clients.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong understanding of mortgage loan programs and guidelines.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with mortgage CRM and LOS platforms is a plus.

Education & Experience
- Proven success in wholesale NonQM mortgage sales.
