Position Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise State Registered Nursing Aides (SRNAs) on your assigned unit
• Conduct regular resident rounds
• Communicate effectively with fellow nurses, aides, and team members
• Follow through with a friendly, professional approach
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, teamwork, and fun
• Promote and deliver outstanding customer service
