Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our team. If you're licensed with the California State Bar, you're qualified—no prior experience required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases (pre-litigation and litigation)
• Draft motions, conduct depositions, attend hearings
• Collaborate with legal assistants and case managers
• Communicate proactively and empathetically with clients
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials (with support)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
• Spanish fluency is a plus, not required

Education & Experience

• Active California State Bar license
