Position Summary
The Sales Liaison will play a crucial role in promoting our home care services, establishing relationships with referral sources, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a strategic approach to sales, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service to clients and partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building with referral sources such as hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, and community organizations.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the home care industry.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular visits and presentations to referral sources to promote agency services and secure new business partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
- Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Track and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Educate potential clients and referral sources about the benefits and value of our home care services.
- Conduct needs assessments and propose customized solutions to meet the unique needs of clients and their families.
- Work closely with internal departments, including operations and clinical teams, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and forecasts on sales activities, pipeline development, and performance metrics to management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales and marketing activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, contracts, and customer information in CRM systems.
