Position Summary
The Payroll Tax Assistant will primarily be administrative support for the Payroll Tax department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all internal & external stakeholders (phone, email, in-person)
- Complete daily check payment mailings
- Assist with tax data entry
- Sort and distribute all daily incoming mail
- Special project assistance as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize assigned tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
Education & Experience
- Payroll tax experience preferred, but not required
- PEO or Multi-State experience a plus
