Position Summary
We are seeking a licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to enhance customer experience by addressing inquiries about our insurance products and services. Bilingual candidates are a plus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Provide tailored solutions by understanding customer needs and expectations.
- Effectively communicate policy options and benefits to clients.
- Stay informed on insurance products and industry regulations.
- Review renewal business and recommend follow-up actions.
- Deliver ongoing customer support, seek referrals, and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
- Document customer interactions, inquiries, and actions taken.
- Assist with annual reviews and prepare personalized coverage recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team and present complex issues to senior members.
- Monitor KPIs and perform general customer service duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
- Must possess Property & Casualty insurance licenses within 60 days of hire.
- At least 5+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative Insurance
