Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to enhance customer experience by addressing inquiries about our insurance products and services. Bilingual candidates are a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Provide tailored solutions by understanding customer needs and expectations.
  • Effectively communicate policy options and benefits to clients.
  • Stay informed on insurance products and industry regulations.
  • Review renewal business and recommend follow-up actions.
  • Deliver ongoing customer support, seek referrals, and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
  • Document customer interactions, inquiries, and actions taken.
  • Assist with annual reviews and prepare personalized coverage recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the team and present complex issues to senior members.
  • Monitor KPIs and perform general customer service duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

  • Must possess Property & Casualty insurance licenses within 60 days of hire.
  • At least 5+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative Insurance
