Position Summary 

As a Clinical Scheduling Coordinator, you will be collaborating with our partner practices, patients and internal associates from our corporate office. The Clinical Scheduling Coordinator reports to the Clinical Operations Manager and will play a key role to support th company's commitment to provide the highest level of customer service. The position performs a wide variety of administrative, customer service and operational support activities. This position is an in-person role, Monday - Friday at the corporate office in Bethesda, MD.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with dental practices and patients to coordinate schedules via phone/email
  • Communicate with Evenly Treatment Coordinators/Delivery Specialists and various internal team members
  • Closely track and manage appointments for Invisalign delivery and refinement appointments
  • Provide excellent customer service and commitment to detail

 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to be direct and concise
  • Ability to build relationships via the telephone and emails
  • Strong organizational skills with good note keeping, follow through and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize on a daily and weekly basis

 Education & Experience

  • Experience with Dental Monitoring (scheduling), Cloud 9 (scheduling) and Excel (tracking) programs, preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a dental or orthodontic practice (preferred)
  • 2+ years Invisalign scheduling experience, preferably in a high volume dental or orthodontic practice
  • Proven ability to work independently
