Trust and Estate Planning Attorney - Boston, MA

They are open to experienced individual attorneys or small attorney groups (such as a solo with one or two associates) interested in joining a collegial, high-performing practice. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide advanced estate planning and probate services to high-net-worth clients.
- Develop and execute tax-efficient estate strategies, including asset protection, income tax minimization, and trust administration.
- Draft a wide range of estate planning documents and manage sophisticated estate matters from inception to resolution.
- Collaborate with an established team while maintaining and growing your own client base.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Familiarity with Massachusetts and New Hampshire probate and tax law is essential.
Education & Experience
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) required; LL.M. in Taxation preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of private practice experience, with a focus on complex estate planning and administration.
- Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts or New Hampshire (or both). Attorneys admitted in other states must be eligible to waive in and be actively practicing.
- Portable book of business is required.
- Ideal candidates have 10+ years of experience but must still have at least 15 years of practice remaining in their career.
