Position Summary

As a Hospice Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our hospice services, developing referral relationships, and connecting with families and healthcare professionals in your territory. Your role is critical in ensuring that patients and their loved ones have access to high-quality, compassionate care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Blue Summit's hospice services.
  • Build and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, case managers, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare providers.
  • Represent Blue Summit at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness.
  • Work closely with the clinical and admissions teams to ensure seamless onboarding and care coordination for new patients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Genuine compassion for patients and families navigating end-of-life care.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of successful experience in hospice or home health sales.
  • Strong, established network within the Cartersville or surrounding areas.
