Account Manager (Commercial Sales) - CO
Position Summary
We're looking for a driven, results-oriented Account Manager who's ready to own their territory, build strong B2B relationships, and help us grow. This role is all about strategy, relationships, and execution. You'll be bringing in new business, nurturing existing clients, and building a strong sales pipeline — all while representing a trusted name in the restoration industry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a smart, results-driven sales plan
- Build strong relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting new ones
- Hit your sales targets by turning leads into long-term customers
- Craft and present marketing strategies and sales proposals that close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to make sure customers have excellent experience
- Track sales activity, client touchpoints, and goals in CRM daily
- Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, networking events, and conferences
- Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and market developments
- Contribute to the company's growth by sharing ideas and improving systems
- Help shape our marketing strategy with direct client insights
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
You don't need to know everything about the restoration world, but we do want someone who's:
- Confident in the field, and comfortable cold calling and closing deals
- Organized, efficient, and proactive with daily planning and CRM tracking
- Comfortable giving presentations, writing proposals, and negotiating contracts
- Able to handle multiple projects without dropping the ball
- An effective communicator who knows how to get buy-in — internally and externally
- Quick-thinking and solutions-focused when problems come up
- A team player who brings new ideas and energy to the table
- Computer skills — Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems
- Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with restoration platforms like Encircle, PSA, or industry CRMs (Preferred)
- Ability to mentor others or work cross-functionally with different departments (Preferred)
Education & Experience
- Sales experience (ideally in B2B environments) and/or a bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, certificate in Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- A valid Colorado driver's license and a clean driving record
- Experience or interest in the restoration, construction, or property services industry is a plus
- Being able to successfully pass a background check
- Experience developing annual sales or marketing plans (Preferred)
