Position Summary

Vensure's success depends on our employees and clients, productivity, and inplace procedures. The person in this role serves as a supportive force in the areas mentioned above. The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for maintaining the office services at the Chandler location by organizing office operations and procedures by serving as a backup receptionist, mail clerk, clerical functions, and assistant to the Facilities Team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Control correspondence, sort, and deliver mail and packages. Deliver mail to the post office regularly.
  • Work with the receptionist at all offices regarding the US mail.
  • Responsible for US Government Client address changes per office location.
  • Serve as the backup Receptionist when needed.
  • Responsible for all Receptionist duties for the Chandler office.
  • Answer client calls, direct incoming calls, and field inquiries from out-of-town employee visitors/guests.
  • Assist colleagues whenever there is an instance to do so.
  • Coordinate activities through the Chandler office to ensure efficiency while maintaining compliance with company policy.
  • Keep management informed by identifying trends, summarizing information, and analyzing reports.
  • Welcome and direct visitors. Manage conference room calendar meetings, events, and appointments.
  • Respond to general inquiries.
  • Dedicated to ensuring the success of organizational goals while maintaining a productive and positive workplace/employee culture.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in clerical duties/responsibilities, developing internal processes, and managing correspondence.
