Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Interface Specialist to manage and document Medicaid-related system interfaces in Sioux Falls, SD. Responsibilities include creating Interface Registries, Interface Control Documents (ICDs), and an Interface Management Plan.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a Medicaid-related Interface Registry.
  • Write Interface Control Documents (ICDs) for undocumented interfaces.
  • Optimize interface functionality and troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper documentation and integration.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong project management skills for interface-related activities.
  • Familiarity with control system software and tools.

 Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development or interface design.
  • Experience writing Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
