Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments, including but not limited to:

- Facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and microneedling

- post-procedure skin care, and medical-grade product applications

• Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment plans, and product recommendations.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client treatment notes and histories.
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and state licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with medical staff, injectors, and wellness professionals to provide integrated treatment plans.
• Contribute to the growth of the spa by promoting memberships, packages, and retail products.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong knowledge of skin analysis and corrective skincare treatments.
• Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor.
• Comfortable working in a results-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Education & Experience

• Current Florida Esthetician License (required).
• 2+ years of hands-on esthetic experience in a spa or med spa environment Required.
