Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• English-speaking (Spanish is a PLUS!).
• Tech-savvy – Will use Jobber, CRM & tablets (training provided).
• Valid Florida Driver's License (Clean driving record, age 25+ for insurance purposes).
• Physically fit – Must be able to lift heavy equipment & work on roofs.
• Great attitude & work ethic!
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) - Bonus qualification

Education & Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in residential service plumbing (troubleshooting, repairs, installations).
• Formal plumbing education/certifications - Bonus qualification
• Preferred 4+ years of experience in:
  • Service call sales
  • Troubleshooting and Repairs
  • Running sewer drain cameras
  • Leak detection services
  • Drain line installations
  • Strong customer service skills
