Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the club.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring all club areas meet luxury standards
- Schedule and manage staff across shifts
- Conduct daily inspections and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- Train, motivate, and support team members
- Manage inventory and supply orders for cleaning products, linens, and amenities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Address guest or member concerns promptly and professionally
- Uphold brand standards and create a polished, welcoming environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and professional demeanor
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Education & Experience
- 3–5 years of housekeeping management experience (luxury hotels, resorts, or clubs)
- Proven leadership and team management skills
