Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all field supervisors
• Oversee 15–25+ subcontractor crews indirectly
• Responsible for large-scale projects (30,000–150K+ homes passed)
• Direct oversight of OSP construction operations
• Budget and schedule management

Education & Experience

• Current title and experience as Outside Plant Construction Manager
• FTTH build experience
• Large project scope (minimum 20K–50K homes passed)
• Managed at least 3–5 supervisors
• Oversight of 15–25+ subcontractor crews
• Clear career progression (e.g., Lineman → Supervisor → CM)
