Position Summary

The Plow Operator - Telecom plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient installation of telecommunications infrastructure. This position involves operating specialized plowing equipment to Client cables underground, which is essential for maintaining and expanding network services. The operator will be responsible for assessing site conditions and executing plowing operations while adhering to safety regulations and company standards. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with other team members to coordinate activities and ensure minimal disruption to the surrounding environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate plowing equipment to install telecommunications cables underground.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
• Monitor and assess site conditions to adapt plowing techniques as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute installation projects efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues to supervisors.

 Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating heavy machinery, preferably in a construction or telecommunications environment.
• Certification in heavy equipment operation.
• Experience with safety protocols and regulations in construction.
