 Position Summary

We are looking for a Sales Liaison to spearhead business development efforts across the Twin Cities. You'll serve as the bridge between senior living operators and one of Minnesota's fastest-growing physician groups, building partnerships that expand access to on-site primary and specialty care for aging adults. This role is built for someone who thrives in relationship-building, prospecting, and closing deals with purpose.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with senior living and assisted living operators across the Twin Cities.
  • Partner with Executive Directors, Directors of Nursing, and ownership groups to understand needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Drive lead generation and outreach efforts, leading presentations and closing new partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operational success of new sites.
  • Track metrics, forecast activity, and refine growth strategies using data-driven insights.

 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong prospecting skills and confidence in executive-level outreach and presentations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, organized, self-directed, and results-oriented.

 Education & Experience

  • Proven success in healthcare sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and building long-term professional relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare Administration preferred.
