Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Build Relationships: Connect with healthcare professionals, discharge planners, social workers, and other key referral sources.
- Drive Outreach: Conduct calls, meetings, and events to promote our Assisted Living communities.
- Facilitate Admissions: Guide prospective residents through the admissions process, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Promote Our Communities: Share information about care options, services, and amenities with potential residents and their families.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Familiarity with Client guidelines for customized living and residential care services.
- Driven and Independent: Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in Assisted Living sales, case management, or social work.
