Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Be the Face of the company: Represent our brand at hospitals, clinics, senior living facilities, and community events.
- Drive Referral Growth: Develop partnerships with discharge planners, case managers, physicians, and other key referral sources.
- Educate and Inspire: Present the value of home care through compelling education and outreach.
- Coordinate with Clinical Teams: Align sales strategies with intake, field staff, and leadership for a seamless experience.
- Analyze and Improve: Track performance, adjust outreach, and identify new growth opportunities.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive self-starter who thrives with independence and collaboration.
- Knowledge of Twin Cities healthcare landscape a strong plus.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- Long track record of healthcare, pharma, or medical device sales (home care, hospice, senior services strongly preferred).
