Position Summary
We're looking for an experienced and driven Channel Manager to join our growing team. This role will focus on building, managing, and expanding relationships within our agent and partner network — while driving new logo sales through our integrated sales model.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in telecom or technology sales, a strategic mindset, and the ability to execute partner programs that deliver measurable growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners — including independent agents and MSPs — to achieve monthly sales and revenue goals.
- Identify and recruit new partners within the MSP and Agent community to expand market presence.
- Collaborate with partners to design and deliver tailored network solutions, including On-net, Near-net, DIA, Ethernet, Private Line, Wavelength, and Managed/Security services.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Enterprise Sales teams to ensure excellent partner experience from onboarding through post-sale support.
- Maintain visibility into partner pipelines to ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and accountability.
- Represent the company at trade shows, partner events, and industry conferences to build brand awareness and strengthen engagement.
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads, track partner activity, and measure performance.
- Provide ongoing training, product updates, and enablement resources to help partners effectively sell and position company services.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong understanding of network connectivity solutions, including DIA, Ethernet, Private Line, and Wavelength services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to travel up to 35% for partner meetings, trade shows, and customer visits.
Education & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in the Channel, with established relationships among independent agents and regional or national MSPs.
- Proven ability to develop partner strategies, drive revenue growth, and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Experience managing opportunities and pipelines in Salesforce CRM.
