Are you a healthcare provider who believes that high-quality medical care is a fundamental right, not a privilege? We are seeking a mission-driven Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a nonprofit primary care team dedicated to delivering integrated, holistic, and fair-priced healthcare.This is a unique opportunity to be a founding clinician at a brand-new site. You will start with onboarding and training at our established Albuquerque clinic before becoming the clinical anchor for our new Los Lunas location opening in Fall 2026. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Management: Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions within an outpatient primary care setting.
• Collaborative Care: Work alongside an interdisciplinary team of clinical and support staff to provide a seamless patient experience.
• Patient Advocacy: Deliver care with a focus on dignity, ensuring that every patient—regardless of insurance status—feels heard and respected.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely clinical records to support high-quality continuity of care.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Mission Alignment: A deep commitment to working with underserved populations and an interest in holistic/integrative medicine.

Education & Experience

• Licensing: Must be a Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (eligible for New Mexico licensure).
• Experience: Previous experience in Primary Care or an outpatient setting is preferred.
• Language: Spanish proficiency is a significant plus but is not required.
