Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Engagement Leadership: Prepare comprehensive accounting workpapers for compilation and review engagements.
- Audit & Assurance: Execute essential audit procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance for a variety of private industry clients.
- Tax Strategy: Assist in the preparation of federal and state tax returns for Partnerships, S-Corps, C-Corps, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Workflow Management: Take ownership of deadlines and internal communications, ensuring projects move efficiently from start to finish.
- Mentorship: Supervise and support junior staff, helping to build the firm's future talent.
- Consultative Support: Actively participate in financial planning, tax projections, and transactional support to help clients grow their businesses.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Education & Experience
- The Experienced Professional: You have at least 5 years of experience within a CPA firm. You understand the rhythm of the industry and the nuances of public accounting.
- Sector Specialist: You have a strong background in accounting and auditing, with a preference for experience in Commercial Real Estate, Construction, or Manufacturing .
- Technically Sharp: You are an expert in financial statement preparation. While a CPA is preferred, we value strong technical experience and a proven track record above all else.
